This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Keohane Ventures LLC (o/a Pvolve San Diego, Pvolve La Jolla & Pvolve Del Mar) ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information. We are independently owned and operated as part of the Pvolve franchise network under license from Pvolve Development, LLC. This Policy applies to all personal information collected in our California-based studios and through studio-specific communications.

Please note that if you use the national Pvolve website (www.pvolve.com) or mobile app, your data may be subject to the privacy policy maintained by Pvolve Development, LLC. This Policy governs only the practices of Keohane Ventures LLC.

Who We Are

Keohane Ventures LLC operates fitness studios under the names Pvolve San Diego, Pvolve La Jolla, and Pvolve Del Mar. We are an independent franchisee of Pvolve Development, LLC. While we utilize certain shared systems and tools, we are solely responsible for the information we collect and manage locally.


1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal information:

- Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address

- Transaction Data: Purchase history, payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)

- Usage Data: Check-in history, class attendance, and instructor interactions

- Health & Wellness Data: Voluntary intake forms, fitness goals, and injury history

- Communication Data: Emails, surveys, and SMS correspondence

We collect information when you:

- Register or attend a class in-studio

- Complete a waiver, intake form, or feedback survey

- Purchase a membership, class package, or retail product

- Interact with our studio-specific platforms or marketing tools

We may also receive limited information from Pvolve Development, LLC if you signed up online or booked via a shared platform.

- Send you updates about your membership, schedule, and studio offerings

- Conduct internal analytics and operational improvements

- Comply with legal and contractual obligations

- With Service Providers: We may share your personal information with trusted third-party vendors and partners who help us operate our business. These include platforms such as Google Analytics for site performance, Stripe and MarianaTek for payment and scheduling, and GoHighLevel for marketing automation and CRM. These service providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.

- With Franchisor (Pvolve Development, LLC): We may share limited information with our franchisor for purposes such as quality assurance, technical integration, system-wide analytics, and franchise support services. They do not have access to the full set of studio-specific client information unless required for service resolution.

- Behavioral and Retargeting Advertising: We may use cookies and third-party pixels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel) to deliver targeted advertising and retargeting content based on your interaction with our platforms. This data is used in an aggregated or pseudonymized format when possible.

- In Business Transfers: In the event of a sale, merger, reorganization, or transfer of our business assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable laws.

- To Comply with Laws: We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement, government agencies, regulators, or courts if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, or protect our rights or the safety of others.

- To Protect Ourselves and Others: We may disclose your information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected fraud, threats to safety, or violations of our Terms of Service or the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We may, however, use aggregated or de-identified data for business insights, reporting, marketing, or research purposes that do not identify individual users.


All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Our studio-specific website and digital communications use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel). These help us understand how visitors interact with our content and improve user experience. You can adjust your browser settings to control cookie behavior and limit tracking.


6. Communications & Opt-Out

You may receive emails or text messages from us about classes, promotions, or events. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in emails or replying STOP to text messages. Note: You may still receive transactional messages (e.g., booking confirmations).

By submitting your information, you consent to email communication. SMS communication requires explicit opt-in. By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from us, including class reminders, schedule updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected]. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.


7. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We do not currently maintain a set data purge schedule and may retain records for all clients who have interacted with us since opening.


8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we discover that a child under 13 has submitted personal information without such consent, we will delete the information promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or delete such data.If you are between 13 and the age of majority in California, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use our services. We may request verification of this consent when appropriate.


9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:

- The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it

- The right to request deletion of your personal information

- The right to opt-out of any sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell personal data)

However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private on third-party applications such as MarianaTek.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and available in studio. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
